End of May

Hyrum graduated from Seminary!! We are so proud of him! :)

Timmy had a music program.  He was looking all around for me and frowning, but when he finally saw me he was so happy!

His class (the group on the far right) and the other two classes in our session sang some songs, and then we went to his classroom for awards.

Mrs. Mack had a slide show going.  Timmy loved that.

Mrs. Mack was an answer to prayer!  Timmy had a great year.

Benji's 8th Grade Promotion
He came and found me in the audience just before they started.

The middle school band played, but not Pomp and Circumstance.  I can't remember what!  You can see Benji in the back on the right standing up.

He had to put the drum away after the program.  I was thinking he would be so happy to have a harness for that bass drum. ;)

Benji has started high school band now, by the way.  It's a big deal here.  He had to go to 2 weeks of band camp (the first week was just percussion).  And then band starts a full hour before school starts and then continues through first hour.  And this week he has to stay after to work more with the percussion.  He LOVES it, though!  I'm really glad for him!

He didn't want to smile with his diploma.

I finally got him to.

We went to another pond a little further from Aaron's house.  It belongs to a family in Aaron's ward, but they let their friends use it too.  Aaron has several kayaks, and they use them at the pond by their house all the time.  They brought them along for this little get-together.  It was fun.

That big yellow thing in the middle of the pond was a trampoline.  Fancy!

Timmy brought home some of these bigger army guys from school one day, except they were green.  Henry was obsessed with them and he wouldn't let Timmy use them.  We finally had Timmy hide them until I could go to Dollar Tree and buy Henry his own.  He only played with them for a day or two before the obsession passed, though.   Ha ha!

Bubby wrote happies on the window with crayon.  When we close the curtain you can see just how dirty the window is.  Ha!
